MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS POLICY04.04.2025 The present MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS POLICY defines Intraplás’ approach to SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY, and FOOD SAFETY, establishing the framework for setting and maintaining its objectives in pursuit of the following strategic direction.
- Respect and promote human rights, fundamental labor rights, and voluntary principles on safety;
- Promote an environment that enables employees to maintain a balance between personal and professional life;
- Ensure equal opportunities and treatment, seeking to prevent all forms of discrimination unrelated to the ability to perform the work;
- Protect the environment, including pollution prevention, by prioritizing the sustainable use of resources;
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement within the Management System activities, in the areas of Food Safety, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety;
- Implement, maintain, and continuously and sustainably develop a management system that ensures the delivery of products and activities that meet the satisfaction of customers and other stakeholders;
- Ensure employee consultation and participation;
- Promote safe and healthy working conditions by eliminating hazards and reducing risks to prevent injuries and health problems;
- Guarantee the production of safe products in compliance with applicable legal and statutory requirements, while upholding quality and food safety standards;
